Lost Password If you have lost your password, please email site management (support@thecrag.com) with subject "Lost Password". Please include the following information in the email. 1. Your Login ID 2. The email address you used to sign up with (we use this to verify you) 3. Specific request to either reset your password or for us to send you your login reminder phrase. If you have forgotten your Login ID we can search for it if you include your Full Name. If we are unable to identify your account or verify your email address then you will have to create another account. Your old account will eventually be disabled. |
