One of the newly bolted (2015) areas with great, as for Indonesia, boldering and sport climbing potential.
The crag is situated on an ancient volcano. New routes, but without rings on the top. Some stones are good for bouldering. Routes are spread all over the mountain, so you will need some time to explore around to find them. It's not hard though - routes are situated along popular trails and are good seen from trails. The surroundings are beautiful.
To access rocks you will need to pay a fee for the national park. Camping is possible for a separate fee. Prices are reasonable, but if look around you can enter for free.
Drive to the Ancient Volcano Nglanggeran. You will pay the entrance fee to the national park (currently 10k rupiah) and you will need to pay for parking (I cannot remember if it is per vehicle or per person, but it is cheap). Camping is also available if you want to spend a few days/nights climbing there (additional fee).
Camping is possible near rocks (there are several camping areas near rocks)
This crag does not have approach information. Could you describe the approach to this crag?
