Option 1 Coming from Gätterlipass and Hochflue Summit: The easiest access to the Hochflueplatten is done from the Gätterlipass. Here you come from Gersau on the mountain road, which leads up to the pass, or from Lauerz by car to Rohrboden (parking) which is 10 minutes from Gätterli. The trail is marked to the summit of Hochflue. Follow the path up approximately 400m to the east and then south over a grassy slope to the top. From the eastern end via a walk way secured with chains intersection on a band and in a southwesterly direction to the foot of the wall. Time 90 min
Option 2 Coming from Alp Egg: From Lauerz drive to Rohrboden (driving past this point is forbidden). Continue following the road to Alp Egg. From the Gratsenke take path slightly downhill to the first rocks and a narrow band to a vertical wall level with iron bracket. (Caution: The iron brackets are not fantastic, roping is advisable.) Now follow the markers and ropes to the entrances. Time 75 min 90 min from the tube bottom Timpel.
