Dear fellow climbers,
Since founding this site in the late 1990s we have put quite a bit of time, money and effort into developing theCrag.
In order to maintain and develop theCrag we have set the following revenue goals
- Short term- Cover current server costs.
- Medium term- Cover growing server costs as the site gets heavier use.
- Long term- Cover wages for ongoing development.
Advertising and corporate sponsorship currently go only a little way towards covering our server costs.
If a small proportion of active users of theCrag donated about $5 a month (less than the price of a couple of cups of coffee), we would meet out short and medium term revenue goals.
