Ascents of Pilot Error by John Pitcairn

Haha unsent. Just didn't have the grunt or the will with a cold, but gave it a nudge anyway. Fell onto the bolt a couple of times, gave up, Jonno traversed out and back to clean it. Slunk back to camp in shame, in more rain.

Getting hot, time for some unfinished business. After watching John miss his throw, I stupidly went for the left sucker horn instead of right hand, managed to back down to the rail and get it right second throw. Pete unsportingly declined to second, Angela gamely cleaned to the bolt and had a go, I cleaned the one piece on the headwall below with a backup prussik.

Fun. Great vocal onsight from Anna, typically scrappy second from me after the heel hook. Must lead sometime but not a priority now.

Easily out past bolt, then cocked up the move and sat on the bolt. A little left foot beta from ShiChang saw me up it next go (though not him, ha). Thought the setup moves more interesting than the crank up. Perhaps overgraded. Will get around to the redpoint next visit.
