Fun crux with a two finger pocket, three if your fingers are smaller (Claire, I'm looking at you).

Excellent start through the bulge. Solid rails on the way up the slab.

Did it in my La Sportiva access shoes. Very nice problem.

First few moves are the best.

Accurate for the grade. The direct start is committing and you'll need a switched on spotter. Sus the holds and sequence out before you start. Once through the sequence and on top of the ledge, take a moment to breath and smile. Route appears run out between several bolts but the good holds are there, just need to find them. More traffic = more chalk, so will be easy to spot holds once crag is released. An excellent climb and well protected.

Be mindful the rope naturally falls and runs through the crack beneath the 5th bolt when being lowered.

Best climb I've done to date! Route is easy to read and well protected on quality rock. Nice bouldery start followed by perfect holds exactly where you need them. Will return to this crag simply for this climb! Good one for the kids on top rope.

Great start to the climb on good holds. Crux consists of a few consecutive technical moves on thin holds.

Nice little dyno start, then on to easy slab. Dropped from the anchors and broke my ankle. Gravity sucks and so does a poor belay.

All the climbing is at the start. The trees at the top aren't looking very healthy.

Much easier than the registered grade. Take a few extra 120cm slings for protection!

Excellent climb but stiffer than the registered grade. Cruxy move coming out of the cave but all the holds are there. Quite a few good restrictions for nuts.

Typical Piddo old school grading, much harder than the grade. First pitch has some decent rests with placements for medium cams, medium nuts and large nuts. Take a couple of #5's for the second pitch or simply bump as you go. Excellent climbing!

Start has been smoothed by all the smearing starts. Approached start from the front of the block with a redirectioanl in the crack. Easy scramble up to the crack. Fun climbing up the block and to the tree.

Nice dyno up to the bollard then a few nice opportunities for a rock over.

Broke a footer off on the slab but will still climb the same.

Tricky start followed by some amazing chimney work. Good holds both hidden and obvious with medium size placements. Felt harder than an 8, but shouldn't expect anything less at good old Piddo. Ran out of time so will return to do the second pitch. Rapped off the small shrub closest to the start of the second pitch (brown pants).

Quite run out on quality rock with good holds. Don't exit down Stateline Gully as the ground and rocks are exceptionally unstable after the rain. Exit between Camerons Crest and Memory Lane.
