Ascents as various tick types by Match

This is one of the best experiences of my life: finding this route, developing it, and putting it all together for the send.

It may just be a piece of rock; however, this experience represented something much more potent in my life. I cannot describe what that is, yet I now understand.

I haven't enjoyed crimping this much in ages. What a banger Frothy! Best to extend bolt 2 and 3. Rope soloed the upper section once. Then send on the second lead attempt

extend bolt 1 so the belayer can watch you up the top.

First Ascent! Went so smoothly thanks to the person at Boronia cheering me on at the crux. I originally bolted this with 3 less bolts (a bit to runout for me)

a fun lap showing geoff and adrian this route. pitch 3 and 4 are by far my fave. 80m dynamic rope from the black hole cave. Just reaches the bottom on stretch as a single rope abseil.

Very fun!

I used two alpine draws where the route changes and there was no drag at all.

Good to get back on this after 3 months and be able to do all the moves with what you would call relative ease on this route 🤣 disgusting conditions

EOD didn't quite have the beta right. Should go next shot.

This for me personally feels harder than both 26s I've done this week. Silly lip turns.

Very fun thuggy line! Jumped the crux however you have to be very accurate to hit the hold! Great one Lloyd!

Great fun

This is a very fun route! The gear is good, the climbing on the upper two pitches is excellent if you are a corner conisuer.

Alec's first multipitch!

Pitch 1: and 2 are your standard mountains horizontal face trad. Onsite.

Pitch 3: I guess after the rain this week there was 5 key holds on the Crux of this pitch that were wet. Still climbable you just have to do a harder sequence. The crux is superfun on this pitch!

Fell off on the onsite. Fell off second shot due to the dampness Lowered to the base of the crux and went to the top so overlaping 1 sit.

Pitch 4: Another wet hold 😞 Second shot placing This was a rad corner pitch!

This route is still climbable even if the holds are damp!

Stoked to get the 24 pitch done on my 6th pitch of the day 🙌
