First problem of the day. Went pretty easily this time.

after finally deciding to use tall person beta, it went first go...........NOT!!!!!

Fell off the top move absolutely exhausted.....rather large day!

Had one go for the fun and fell at the final hold........It'll go for sure.

So stoked to repeat this 6 months after flashing it. Had not touched rock for a couple weeks due to inclement weather.

Pretty warm day for pulling on slopers but though it worth a look.

Tried alternative beta and got to the next body position.

Attained another move and hold only to peel off along with some serious skin. Next season for sure.

Felt solid from the ground to the second last hold......them it felt a little desperate topping out.

Many more attempts today. Got to the next hold. Progress is slow and this thing is tough in many ways. But it will go sooner or later. Patience grasshopper!

Super stoked to get the flash on this anti-style.

Got it first shot today after a couple of early fails at the end of the last session at the sector.

Really wanted to give this a good go and the top out was classic Bleau. Stoked with the flash.

This time I got the finger placement so the third finger wouldn't pop off and weaken the tension in the right hand. Feet were spot on and body tension was super. The top out was classic Bleau. Great way to start the 2019 season.

Wanted to try it to see if I could get off the ground.......happy with the progress. Super and technical slab.

Fell off with two moves to execute.......damn it......maybe next trip.

Adjusted right foot beta and clipped the chains......happy days indeed!!! Great way to finish a low key trip.

Sent it! Really pleased with th execution of the moves all the way through......first 7a+ for the year.....

This is definitely the worst route I have climbed in Thakhek. Also the grade is dubious at best. Something this bouldery and steep at the start is definitely harder. Rethink it guys!?

Pulled the mono undercling and through the crux, good rest and then sent the route.....very psyched indeed!

Really pleased with this send, got good rests and really had good focus through the crux.......feet worked wonders

Fifth shot.......TICKED IT!!! Oh well, at least theres nothing wrong with my endurance.

Got on the beast again to sort out the cross through that I messed up last shot, using the nice flat intermediate to cruise through to the fourth. Sorted the undercling clip position out too. This is brutal, steep, physical climbing 2nd day on after the 1st day at Porters Pass climbing thin slabs.

Bold steep climbing of great rock. Definitely started on "Voice of America" and then traversed right after the 3rd RB and up to heinous undercling and then straight up to anchors. This is definitely the hardest route I have climbed. Not sure if I followed the correct line for this route. Would like some beta if anyone has it.
