Ascents of Kiama

Pumpy start. Nick lead to a link up with the 21 Perkin's Paste for a longer and easier finish

Jumped (Leaped) off after the lizard who is taking residence in the cave at the second bolt attacked my hand. Pulled back on and easily cruised the rest. Sadly would've been my first 22 onsight.

Hard beginning! Really need that sequence. Easy rest of climb

Easy climbing with a crux

Second shot. Easy after the crux

Fell at the crux and lowered

Getting the draws back.

Fun until 4th bolt then an easy romp to the top.

Blew insight in a silly way but ticked it at the end of the day

Straight after Araldite to get gear on for Matt. Felt strong on the crux and came down nice and warm.

Sequenced better through the crux.

Fell due to pump just after the crux

Heel slipped twice gah.. tore open my pinky on the side pull twice gah. Taped up for third shot. A couple of cool moves.

After Sam's send. Ended up doing the crux the way I sequenced it from the ground, not how Sam climbed it, but that's likely due to being taller. Nice, punchy little crux, but it's over pretty quick. Like Blow Over, it turns to simple jugging for the rest of the route, though does climb through some cool featured rock.

Repeat.

Hard getting though the first few bolts, pretty chill after that.
