Climbed through top crux a-ok and then punted getting established on the ledge, felt more nervous than needed on that sloping rail... Lesson learned. But this climb is so amazing an excuse to come back isn't all bad.

In the morning I was Stoked to get new high point to rest. Found a way to milk it. Had a breakthrough and figured out some very repeatable beta for the top crux. Tidied up the lower half. In the afternoon, had an unfortunate event with one of the upper crux holds which I’ll detail in the discussion section.

Flamed from earlier climbing, this was exactly what I was looking for. Easy but cool boulder problems between super rests. That is all up until the final steep roof - where you have to hold on for longer than I was able. Sick route nonetheless. NB: there is a kneebar at the last bolt. If only I had seen it...

Holy fuck - totally didn't expect the send! I guess this route is exactly what I'm currently good at - a Moonboard problem in between easier climbing. I was totally flamed coming from the end of the crux - the last few moves were wild throws of desperation!

Perfect day at Lower Zap today, cold but not freezing and a little bit of sun to make it even more comfortable. Felt incredibly solid on this route, went first placing the first draws and remembering the beta, second go it went feeling super good, no mistakes, no rush, felt super good. Still did a repeat, went up to clean the draws and was feeling fresh enough and clipped the anchors again. From there back jumped until fixed binner and cleaned the rest from there. Awesome day out.
