Wire heaven! Keen to come back and lead this

Tricky onsight with some high pressure sequences! Thought it was pretty hard to place good gear in some sections but great climb and stoked to tick a classic!

Did a couple of laps on TR to get a feel and practice placing. I'm keen to try to lead this but will need more practice. This is will be a fun challenge to put on the project list

So much fun. Everything you want and more. Far more engaging than expected.

what an absolute sweet climb. cant get much better then this for a sustained finger jam classic. a few spicy moments on small spaced gear, but well worth it!!!

oooof. Such a good climb, that just keeps going and going and going. I could really feel my lack of endurance, and got a little desperate in a couple of spots, but managed to hang in there and keep going.

Such good placements (5 cams and 10 wires), such good rock, such good movements.

Was made rather more epic by bringing the kids in. And there was still some small patches of snow on the track up to the top. Glorious sunny weather.

Seconding this I had to take trying to remove the black totem ole mate Jake Dalmeny placed in his onsight lead. So that told me I wasn't ready to lead it yet. Amazing climb, very fingery, all finger jams, locks, etc. Great aesthetics. Lucky to have been there alongside Mr Climbing Gym Duncan Brown who gifted us lots of positive vibes, stories and best of all, the use of his 11mm TR Solo line to abseil back down.

3 years ago on Christmas Eve I was on Equilibrium with Dan aka Sausage on our first outdoor climb together. This year was on Integral Crack. So lovely to finish the year off at Booroomba as it slowly recovers from the fires.

Nice little afternoon lap! Brilliant climb!

Sorted out my soloing setup. Microtraxion on the chest harness with a Grigri below. With my super slick 9mm rope, worked really well. 2x laps.

Great quality climbing and a perfect introduction to Booroomba style climbing.

An emotional send! No words can describe the feeling. To all my sensei-s, belayers, partners; only because of you I passed the test of this test piece.

17 pieces of gear and 32 pieces of white(yellowish) teeth shining bright at the top.

Gear used: Double rack of wires and RPs, triples #0.3 to #0.75, doubles #1, 3 micros borrowed from an alpinist

PS Funny how fate works, got showed how to ring lock at the campfire the night before. Used it to pull through one of the cruxes.

Best route in Canberra - what a magical feeling this one bring along! The whole package of this climb it doesn’t get any better (4th time leading - no falls or takes to date)

Amazing route. Felt good until a foot slipped above gear and had a big fall. Bounced off a ledge/less steep bit before pulling up. Second and third top pieces popped from the outward pull. Top one ended up cross loaded and nose hooked on the wire but held. Placement itself was bomber. Recomposed eventually and finished off the rest. Some spicy climbing above gear near the top before the last good cam. Glad to have had a crack.

As Cads description, such a good day getting to know this climb. Many more sessions on it to come.

Excelent line, unique!! Good pro but was out of my comfort zone.. First proper climb on granite. Feet didn't feel secure on edges/smearing and adding to the balance and technicality this was a good challenge. And don't wear tight sports shoes on this if you can avoid it haha. Foot slipped at top crux and blew my onsight:( also had way to much gear with! Didnt use any hexs, only 1x.3 cam, about 12 sml-med nuts. (plus 1 big nut, #1 & .75/.5 friend for top belay)

Beautiful climb. Probably 19 though. Great protection on wires.

Super classic! Should be on every ACT/NSW crack climber's tick list! Never before have I placed so many wires. A small amount of spice near the top to keep you honest.

So classic, placed almost the full rack of nuts and rp's!! definitely had some wobbly moments being my first granite experience so not used to committing to the smeary feat! Amazing and intimidating line!

Repeat. Went up to finish it after Andrew backed off. What an amazing pitch.
