Routes as trad in Bulahdelah

Climb the easy angled buttress left of the tree/ chimney on the north face of the buttress

Average protection for a trad route, past scoop to jug and trend up into mossy corner to shared anchor

Offwidth and chimney up to single bolt on left wall.

Crack close to beehive tree. Either crack to start works.

Start down from the saddle on the western side at undercut handcrack. Up the crack

AT the saddle there is a chimney, up chimney crawling under chockstone at top.

Left leaning crack and gully system. Go left up corner to top out

Start as for UCD but go right up gully at she-oak.

Climb wall and groove above small cave, a few metres left of Shattered Dreams to Double Ring Bolt belay.

Start at right side of cave in centre of wall, past one bolt up groove and crack to overhung finish. (Can belay off flagpole bollard)

Start as for HM, then take left leaning diagonal across wall to share finish with T.

Up the corner at the right hand end of the wall/ ledge. At top veer left.

A way of access to upper tier. Can be soloed though rock a bit soapy. Some trad gear helps. Start right of large tree at hand sized crack then left up ramp.Go past anchors above SF, and continue to Sky Pilot.

Its not the first route, but definitely an early one. The striking fist sized right slanting corner- crack. Clean orange rock half way up.

Up the crack right of meat and beer to join that route at its second last bolt and shared anchors. Some small gear needed. Possible not to use bolts where routes join if you are a purist.

Starts just above track at ground level and heads up corner to finish at the right hand end of the ledge of Cave right.

Start at base of diagonal crack, then climb the black steak to finish at the double bolt belay of Fagan. Protected by small to medium cams and wires (se hard to place). If in doubt, top rope off Fagan's anchors!

Start at left end of main wall and follow diagonal crack up and right to finish up TTMM.

Centre of wall into thin crack and shared anchors with HH. Clip a high bolt on HH to protect the moves leading to the crack.

Rough hand crack to left of corner. Walk back to tree

Up slab to the juggy crack up high, anchors at top

As for Good One Jono, but traverse out right to finish as for Jane.

Up thin seam to clean spot on wall, anchors above in the lichen.

Thin crack 2m right of Jane.

Start around arete on the slab and up wide crack to tree, anchors behind on boulder.

The crack left of the chimney of TT, step left around arete to anchors when it peters out.

Mixed gear, continue right from the top of fern crack

Start as for Ned Kelly, but go left and up the crack/offwidth.

In the gully between slab and wall on the left, up hex bolts staying right of the gully, to anchor on top. P2: Continue all the way to the top of the wall on gear. Hex bolts on P1.

Mistakenly retrobolted. Starts up lime tree arbour and crosses to TTF

Steep looking offwidth. Climbs well. DRB anchors in situ.

Past one carrot into crack.

Up the crack line after intricate start that needs small gear.

Pitch 1: right trending diagonal to belay on sloping ledge 12m. Pitch 2 up to roof and diagonally left up crack 12m. Pitch 3: up overhanging corner right (crux) topull onto lichenous slab and meander up this for another 20 metres.

Thin diagonal crack on wall with sapling at half height. Dirty, but possible to top rope now from anchors of CC. Takes thin gear

Crack at left side of chasm to tree, then continue up arete with little gear to anchors of BB/A.

Start just right of offwidth following thin crack and funky threader to diagonal crack trending right at 2/3 height to finish on anchors of WTP

The offwidth. At top of crack place some small gear and step left to anchors of PE

1m left of crack up white crack into orange alcove, then after clipping 3rd bolt step left onto arete and up.

1m right of route on FHs. Climb thin crack with RP protection, finishing directly up the unprotected slab.

bold climbing up the white streak several metres left of FH route. An old hanger less bolt stud at half height offers the only protection, though is after the crux.

Now has RB at start- stick clip, then small trad gear passing final RB and up to shared anchors

4 bolts in about 17m. Small cam will go between 2nd and 3rd bolt . Start 2m left of crack that bisects wall.

The tree is only a stump now. Up to shared anchors to left

On the right of the chimney, past a hanger,to finish in the crack out right. An alternate finish goes out left at halfway.

Start up chimney to right of Venting, walk across top of block leftwards then out clipping 3 bolts on ELL and STD to sling tree and anchors of Dans 24.

Start right of ELL in large chasm. Chimney up left side (long sling on chockstone) then continue to ledge and up overhang crack. Stretch left to clip anchors on ELL.

Follow trad groove/crack system past first set of anchors at 12m, up left hand crack to anchors on top. 28m to ground.

Starts up thin crack on north side of pinnacle. Belay on ledge and rap off to climbers left. Not a good lead for beginners due to average gear.

Up the grey groove on sketchy looking gear

The diagonal left wards crack finishing on anchors of ROR

Up crack then onto flake, passing two old 1/2 inch bolts with homemade hangers.

The trad crack left of the bolted slab. Rusty chain anchor on ledge after Pitch 1 or continue to top and rap off tree near the route to the right

Up the initial flake on gear, then 3 fixed hangers to chain in small gully.

The corner crack heading right at half height into offwidth and then up to anchors on arete. Not good after rain.

Start at left leaning hand crack just to left of chasm. Small roof at 2m to overcome. Up to small tree.

Start at right hand end of Engineers wall on top of boulder in gully. Diagonal crack goes up and right to belay on tree on ledge.

Starts under boulder in gully and goes up the lower diagonal crack into a sentry box then up wide crack and over juggy slab to tree belay

The left thin crack with slightly underprotected start and finish. Veer right at end to use anchors on PB

Up left of Perfect 6 via thin cracks and horizontals. Top out at ledge and use high DRRB to right

The crack at right hand end of wall, at roof follow crack right onto arete and then belay at tree or fixed biners on ledge

The corner crack to dual lower offs. Trad. #2-4 cams.

From ground scramble to top of boulder then after placing some small wirs and a #5 cam step into line. Up crack moveing right at top to DBB.

1m right of crack- up steeply past 2 blts then trad placements to DBB

1m right of bolts up zigzag crack moving left at mid point and up to DBB. Led with 2 ropes, one clipped to first bolt of route to left to protect start before first bit of gear at top of lowest groove. Nothing larger than #2 needed. Set of wires handy

Start 1m left of crack on south side of boulder at large grass tree. Tricky moves onto slab with tricky gear heading up and right to DBB

Up crack bisecting south side of boulder to DBB. Was clean but all this rain has led to rapid revegetation.

Up hand crack at right end of wall, stepping left onto face and up ridge diagonally to shared DBB.

Start up left hand crack, taking the right crack after the 4th bolt to the anchors of Cryptostylis, needs medium gear.

Pitch 1: Up Mustang to belay at base of corner, 10m. Pitch 2: up overhanging corner, pull lip to tree. You could try abseiling but probably safer to continue up vegetated gully and walk back via bumble buttress

Climb twin cracks on the NW side of the pinnacle, finishing along the ramp that leads to the double bolt belay of Hilda.
