We definitely ended up at the wrong second belay and made it much harder for ourselves. Ended up getting a very old black country fried stuck in the crack of that wrong second belay but overall very very good climbing.

Big Steve on his first trad multi! Yew yew! Linked pitches 1&2 and 4&5. Pitch 3 climbs a lot like the exposed sections on caves route only shorter and with a sniff of pro.

Easy climbing, with more protection than I expected! Fun first pitch, enjoyed secondong the second and third pitches. Surprised by the zombie tree, it's bigger and more alive than expected. Also, there are so many other options for belay on the ledge! I enjoyed the fourth pitch, and the fifth was a walk in the park.

A Great afternoon adventure!! so stoked to finally climb this line. The top of P3 needs work again, it might be time to think about adding a bolted anchor to save what is left of the tree. The lined tree is unsafe (plus has rusted out 4-6mm bolts there anyway, which are now attached to nothing) and I think we should do our best as a community to protect the beautiful flora on this historic climb. Thoughts here????

Something of an epic day: we didn't top-out till around 19:30. New mat installed around the tree on pitch 3. Good job done. Hopefully it will keep the tree going another 8 years. Swapped leads with Audrey.

Took a friend up for the day. We tried a linkup from BO, to cave 4-5 trav, Prometheus 2, Boggs Lite. However I could not get up the second pitch of Prometheus 2 and we took another route, but we did get to the top of our planned link up. We then abseiled down the caves route. Big day.

The first pitch was still wet from a morning shower so we climbed the first pitch or so of Prometheus 1 and then traversed over to the bottom of the chimney.

Great climb! Standout was the third pitch I thought, enough exposure to keep me smiling the whole pitch! Had planned to run the fourth and fifth pitch together but couldn't find the belay at the top of the fourth anyway.

A really good route, but I think we have very different definitions of 'Tree' and 'Ledge'. The belay on top of P1 has pretty good gear near the back and a rather small tree on the edge of the ledge. P3 has sufficient gear and is not very hard, I found it much less committing than parts of the Caves Route that we did later today. I just-just reached the stance on top of P3 with 50m ropes after linking P2 and P3 and the drag was a little rough. I missed the tree belay on top of P4 (probably on account that all the trees looked very shrubby and ended up linking P4 and most of P5. Just 5m from Cave 3 I found bomber gear just in time as the rope ran out again - belay was off and seconds were ready to simulclimb. We tried to reach the summit by going up the Caves route and got as far as the last pitch before reaching the summit ridge. My big toe was starting to bug me and we were having some trouble finding the last scramble to the top. We went down the Caves route and almost stepped on a snake on the trail.

A beautiful climb! Don't think my lead headspace is good enough that I would want to do pitch 3 or 4 (4 has good pro but it's pretty exposed) but I think I would be keen to lead p1 and/or 2. Definitely want to come back to this one!

Very nice. I think I skipped a part as I went straight up to the chimney (directly up from the ground) without hooking to the right first, like how it is shown on the topo. There wasn't much gear on that part, that is probably why it says to hook right. We did it in 3 pitches. Very fun!

Great route, did it in 5 pitches, the third pitch was very exposed with few placements, the other pitches had plenty of Pro and awesome bomber placements. Used heap of slings and a wide variety of all of mey gear.

Turned up to climb Blabbermouth, but the old men were out of practice, so we settled for Black Orpheus. My first multi pitch climb, easy grade climbing, great introduction. Cleaned the first 3 pitches and lead the final pitch - my first time setting trad gear and natural pro. Rapped down via Caves Route.
