Access issues inherited from Victoria Range

The Victoria Range was badly burnt in the fires of February 2013 but all areas are now open to climbing (Feb 2014). However there are access changes to the cliffs in the Eureka area.

From the Goat Track walk in along the Cave of Fishes track. About 20 metres before the rock with the art site, turn left along a vague track running along the base of a small cliff. Continue alomg a fairly open broad ridge for about 10 minutes until a large rock outcrop is reached. Head diagonally left past another outcrop and continue through bush until a cliffline is reaghed with a large cave at the eastern end. 613 600E 587 7600N

Towards the bottom of the cliffline is an obvious capped corner crack. Sandy start leads to a nice pull through the overhang then easily to top.

About 100 metres northwest of, and visible from the Mall is an attractive overhanging orange wall. The obvious crack at the lower end of the cliff.
