Description

A set of nice boulders about 50m off the fire-road that runs from the Tower carpark towards Buandik. Not much has been done here yet. Go forth and explore! There are also a few crappy trad routes on a north facing wall.

Access issues inherited from Victoria Range

The Victoria Range was badly burnt in the fires of February 2013 but all areas are now open to climbing (Feb 2014). However there are access changes to the cliffs in the Eureka area.

Down and right of the Possum Rocks cave, there is a great 4-5m high pocketed boulder. This is the left line.

FA: Phil Neville, 2014

This is the right line. Scary ending.

FA: Chris Abernethy, 2014

Brilliant line of edges. Hidden away under a boulder leaning against the wall about 300m east of possume rocks cave.

Top up through the choss or drop from the jug for a more pleasant outing.

FA: Phil Neville, 2014

On the east side of a massive mushroom shaped boulder. The problem climbs a rib in a ceiling on dark orange rock. Crux at the end!

FA: Neil Monteith, 2004
