The Far Side

Description

Mostly easy sport routes upto 30m

Access issues inherited from Hillwood (private land)

The climbing at Hillwood is on private land and the access to this area is a delicate issue. If it is your first time climbing at Hillwood the land owner has requested that you call Gerry Narkowicz. The number can be found in the guide book (either Climbing Northern Tasmania, or Climbing Tasmania - Selected Best).

If you see non-climbers, please kindly ask them to leave. The owner has not given families or walkers permission to access his land, and day walkers have been jeopardising climber access.

Definitely no dogs.

If there is a sign on the fence saying that the area is closed for shooting vermin please do not enter the area!
