Actually did the end of transfixed/just one fixe which is also a 21 batman start. Felt weirdly spoogy and really battled the first time so gave up and toproped it, not sure if bad day or I just forgot what Earlwood feels like...

Maybe a soft 21 (?). The route has a nice flow and movements come naturally

possibly the best mid grade route here

Second bolt is a pain to reach for me. Feels 'easy' compared to the hard stuff but can't hang around, or do the long moves in anything but the correct way

First attempt on this climb with the Batman start and I Flashed it!

This was our first ever project on the main wall and exactly one year ago today (22/7/20) I sent it starting from the Kaos ledge. Starting from the Kaos ledge there are 12 moves or so to get to the same break where it only takes 3 moves to get to from the Batman start. For this reason I think the ledge start variation is a grade 22.

Very happy to have sent both variations. Probably one of my favourite routes at Earlwood.

Second clip is a bit scary as it’s a dicey spot to fall. Worked the moves on this first lap.

Onsight - 4 repeats! Really enjoyed the reachy moves on this. Balanced mantle to finish. Look forward to leading this with a partner

Did the traverse in version. Awkard Start then some great moves up to the chains using the smallest holds on the climb to gain the top.

sweet clippable traverse with a couple crimpy fun moves (can have a dyno!) Nice holds on traverse, sweet flake above.
