Ascents of Space Face having Beta

Outstanding rock quality and very fun moves! Worth the visit to this crag! 2nd go

Conditions were insane today. Found mega classic beta for this classic. Smears stuck like glue. This place could be golden if there were a few more bolts allowed.

Second go.

Incredible route. Crimps, edging, smears, gastons, dead points, slopers, rock overs...it has a lot of climbing! Linked the 2 lower cruxes, but will need to sort the top out to go for the send.

Opening the outdoor climbing for the season. Bottom third was wet so didn’t give it any real goes. Did the final crux free for the first time. Hopefully not as long between burns this time.

Climbed in summer sun. Oops. 3rd session on. Too far apart. Did the final crux on lead. All moves done. Just need to rock up within the next month with good conditions. One of my favourite climbs I’ve done. So many fun moves.

Working the moves. Did a lot of hard moves bar the crux which is going from the last bolt to the anchors.
