Ascents of Popular Miss Conception

Clean but a struggle today. Getting into position to do the big LH cross to the jug wuz difficult and also the end. I should do this more often, cool route.

TR. Very good

TR. Bit of difficulty at the traverse L. Crossing over with the R hand to the high jug worked well.

A couple of times today. There’s two or three cruxes. Little gaston crimp out left is important. I’d be inclined to give it two stars.

TR. First time on this. Tricky in parts. The move a little more than half way to the wide LH Gaston crimp is the crux, but it's not about the crimp it's about the feet...

Some grunting required.

Interesting climbing with lots of variety coming up the corner and arete before heading through the large scooped overhang.

Pumped out trying to find the right holds to get me over the roof. Much better line, definitely worth climbing.

Made a quick clean ascent of the route once the roof holds were located. Made for a great send.

Twice up. Once starting up Gnomes, which was a cool combination.

Very good climb very hard well worth the 19 grade

First climb after t3 months away, and with a badly mangled thumb. Was harder work than I remembered.
