Ascents of Scottish Reign having Beta

Would be 25is there wasn't a bolt. Super fun climbing.

Led it yesterday on pre-placed but felt I had to come back today and place the gear on lead

Keen for the lead next.

Retro flash, haven’t been on it for a long time

Pulled off the ground but was too weak to continue the sequence. Climbed from just below the bolt to the top no worries. Will hopefully attempt a Pink Point next time.

Challenging for 25 no feet flake smearing down low into actually really cool flake riding.

With rest. Working with goal to red point.

Rapped down and preplaced gear/ extended that one awkward bolt. Tried it the other day and accidentally got it from about 2m up working the crux lol, then when I tried it from the ground my partner tried dropping me. Got a new partner and sent today

Painful and a bit desperate at the start. Feels like it might be 26.

One rest. Really hard to remember the sequence from the start to the bolt.

I was there with Uni and didn't have my shoes with me.. just gave it a try on toprope. Looks very good anyway! next time

This climb really spoke to me, it said "Go home old man, you don't deserve to be here."

Top rope following my 9 year old son who lapped it 3 times. Oh, to be young again.
