Seriously sick rock climb and a beast that should be on everyone's tick list! Pretty tempted to give this mega classic just for how ridiculously wild that second pitch is but the rest of the climbing is a bit average. Pitch one is a pretty straightforward chossy ramble that has a couple of heady moments, pitch two is one of the craziest and most intimidating bits of rock ive climbed! Just so so out there. Pitch three starts off as a pretty rad ring lock corner thing but turns into a rambley hand crack (it's still nice, just not classic) and then you finish up an average grey slab. I'm fairly sure we rapped off Splattergram but it was getting dark so it was hard to tell where exactly we were. We walked a fair way right (facing towards the cliff edge) until we first spied two carrots and then a bit further on two nice ring bolts with a length of black rope connecting them to an anchor over the cliff. From here it was approx. 30m free hanging down to a ledge with a collection of bolts from various vintages (but with two nice rings) and from here it was probably about 50m to the ground. Walking along the cliff edge it probably took us less than 10 minutes to find the rap anchor. An absolutely full value adventure!!

Genuinely one of the best cracks at the grade in the Bluies (though probably a fairly substantial sand bag) with its classicness being only slightly marred by some less than excellent rock. Great thoughtful climbing up a proud line to the rad and improbable 5m leftwards traverse to get to the Jezebel belay. Whilst I agree that it would be much more straightforward and easy for there to be a lower off just below the shale choss, the traverse is pretty wild and certainly rounds off the route's full value feel! The horizontal break you climb across takes #4 camalots to start and then #3s and #2s.

26 Stomach Pump

Never have I been so pumped - and mixed with a stomach bug I had to be lowered off the top immediately and lay on the ground in the fetal position recovering for half an hour. No idea if this is 25 or 26 - took me 4 days of effort but I have a bung knee and sickness. The start boulder problem under the roof is a bit yuk - but in this drought its bone dry and actually quite fun with the right sequence. The top 20m is super duper reachy, pumpy and glorious.

Sucked in thinking this was an FA but had a feeling it was too good to be true. Nice but sharp hand crack on pitch one with some suboptimal rock up the top and then short ramp and more sharp hand crack on pitch two. Didn't take heaps of gear so I built a belay on stacked wires which was amusing.

Onsight to within 30cm of the anchor (taking the harder finish line, with no chalk on either route). Power screamed and fought... and fell. Did fairly easily 2nd shot via the other finish line. The quality is contingent on the final path taken: the left path is "upper echelon Very Good", the right path is "bottom rung very good". Some cool face-y moves on the lower section.

Enjoyable climbing, but a rather "weird" line. The finale is quite exciting. I went for the "full-body barndoor while desperately trying to hold a blocky sloper" approach. That's definitely the beta.

2 shots. Linked cleanly from just above the 1st bolt to the anchors! I can do the opening boulder problem, but it felt too tweaky (especially with my upcoming trip) so I opted to pull through it. Lovely climb. First couple of meters are a bit spooky, especially in light rain. Heavy rain was on the horizon, and thought about bailing, but decided going up was going to be easier. Found it relatively easy to yard on the hand jams and paste feet in order to keep moving. I'm a kook, and don't know grades, but this isn't 21. I found Gemeni harder at 19...

Best line at piddo to date! Absolutely stunning jamming and lay backing up a perfect beautiful orange corner crack through roof. It climbed smooth till the offwidth part but misread the crux move. Sat on the rope to reassess then it flowed nicely again to anchors. Unforgettable line! Most scary part for me was actually pitch one mantling over vegetation at steep top corner..maybe misread this part.. There are 5 well places carrots on P2 (3/4 under roof) so no need for much gear at all. 4/5 cams will be plenty(±: .75,1,2/3,4, and #5 at very top of pitch 2.) rap down to ground from 2 ring bolts at top of pitch 2 with double 60s. If only have one 60m rope a less ideal and bit tricky way is to rap to top of pitch one with absolute minimum 60m rope, swing in to corner and use #4 to protection while disconnecting from rap ropes, then rap to ground from one carrot with washer on it.
