Description

A nice looking wall, spoilt by a lack of holds or sections of choss. The two routes established up the guts are worth doing though. There is a vertical wall about 100m right which has some potential.

Approach

Drive 5.3km down Monkey Gum Trail from the main road. Crag is on the left side of the road, about 100m in through the thick bush. Descent gully is 100m to the right of crag top (marked with rock cairn). It is less than a 5 minute walk from the road to the cliff.

Descent notes

All routes have lower-offs.

Ethic inherited from Illawarra

Lots of bolts in this region. Most development has been done after the 1980s.
