This area has not been gazetted for rock climbing in accordance with the National Parks and Wildlife Act (1972) and the Wilderness Protection Act (1992). Thus, climbing here is illegal and penalties may apply. Vehicle entry fee $10 to enter Pirra Wirra Recreation Area.
Collect a park map at the entrance. Park at Knob Lookout, walk down the Quarry Track until you hit the South Para River, then left 200m downstream.
Minimise use of chalk. Leave no rubbish.
