Summary

Some good bouldering with a couple of great lines. Most problems might need a bit of a clean as no one ever goes here, but it really deserves a bit of action.

Description

Bouldering near The Box.

Approach

Get a street map, drive to Wagstaffe, and turn left at the general store into Mulhare St. It's best to park in this street as there is little parking at the top.

Turn left into Albert St and go 100m or so along until a large boulder and faint walking track appear on the right – opposite number 40. Don't follow the main track, but head straight uphill to the boulders.

Alternatively, turn left at Wagstaffe Av and follow the Lobster Beach walking track. Turn right into the bush at the top of the hill and the boulders will soon appear. Lobster Beach looks great for swimming on hot days. There are also some decent looking boulders to the north of the beach.

Both ways take approx. 5 mins.
