Ascents in Kalymnos by JedyKong having sport-cpr or ascent-date

Such a boulderish short route, this is a 7b/+ route plug a 7c/+ boulder section without any rest in between, a super hard crimp to lock on and still 4-5 hard moves till the last jug, felt twice also from reaching the last hold. This upper crux is by far harder than any of the 8a/+ I have climbed on this island. 6 out of 10 fingers are damaged with skin scratch and bruise, what a bloody fight, exhausting!

Awesome route, the middle black fin part is like the back of a Chinese dragon, and you gonna ride on it!

The hardest route on this main crag for sure, but after I figured out the beta and went without any mistake, the route feels like a 8a - 8a+. Pretty cool boulder route for 7 meters. 3rd go sent it, it is short so you can rest and try many times a day, which is pretty good.

Very soft 8a but super cool on the top, this route is more like a 5 meters hard section and that's it! 7C+ max. Sent it in 3rd go.

Pretty soft, even with two pitches together, it is maximun 7B, the upper pitch feels like 7a+

Definitely a 8a route when the weather condition is good, but can be as hard as a 8a+ when the condition is bad like now with sloppy hand holds and slippery foot holds. This route is by far harder than any of the 8a routes I have climbed on this island. The third boulder being the hardest one is very friction dependent. The route itself is classic!

This route deserves a music note, the middle boulder section is pretty cool, but the think the grade is 7c+

Left version might be 7c+, right version is probably 7c, nevertheless the grade, it is a pretty good route.

NOt an easy route, two crus in the middle section, the upper part isn't too hard but needs a good beta. Classic route. 2nd go.

Classic route, I just have to climb it, 3rd go sent it. No any distinct crux, just power endurance on the upper part

Such a cool route, very underestimated one! This is one of the best routes I have ever climbed on this island. 2nd go for the send, probably the grade is soft, 7C perhaps?

The first part of the route is pretty good, but the second traversing part is very sharp, the route feels like a 7b-7b+, can't be the 7c written on the wall.

This is a pretty good 7B.

Too good to be a 7b! No hard moves, just endurance.

Pretty good route, quite difficult to read for on-sight attempt, this is either a 3 star or a music note route.

Short and hard, the first boulder is harder than the second one, because of the slippery sidepull hold(type of rock), but a good 7C boulder route.

After the third bold, the move becomes so hard, and the bolt is just in front of your eyes, but can't put the craw on, and the next hold is 1 meter above, so far always. I don't know if the left hand hold is broken or not, but this part is harder than a 7C+ for sure. This move now is harder than other 8a routes I have climbed on this island.

Tried the first section before the fin part several years ago, but sent the whole route with one go today, not as hard as I thought.

Strange route setting, it goes left all the time, and its neighbor 7a is just on top of this route, you can easily climb to the wrong route.

Nice route for warmup, easier than its neighbor route.

The name Rognol is under the route and made me climbed on the wrong route, but this one is as hard as a 7b, difficult to clean draws because of the anchor.

Pretty slippery footholds and sloppy holds in Dec, especially the extension part, very bad footholds, not enjoyable to climb it.

The second pitch is very good and interesting, but feels a bit soft as 7b+.

This route has not been climbed much, typical Poet style route, the crux on the upper part from left is pretty hard, on the right side might be easier, but difficult to read to get over it.

Comparing to its neighbor 7b+, this is not good at all. It is a pretty good 6c route plus a freaky hard and very sharp 4 meters ending with all the hard moves. It is too sharp and painful to try again. The worse route at this crag that I have climbed so far. It is difficult to give a grade just for the top 4 meters, most likely 7C.

Two crux, tough for the grade.

The first 25m is super good, but the last 5m slab is so difficult to figure out the beta, it seems like at the third last bold, some crucial hole might be broken, at least a 7c boulder on the slab. Such a pity.

WHY THE HELL putting the anchor right on top of the hardest crux, so difficult to reach the anchor without a draw preclipped and falling would make you so difficult to get back to the route because of the super overhanging and traversing. One of the worst anchor positions after I have climbed over a thousand routes on this island, I am so pissed of because this anchors messed up the whole plan for upper 8a extension.
