Please note that the approach in the 2010 guidebook is now incorrect. If the first gate is locked, you will have to approach via ghost kitchen. If the first gate is open, head to the second gate which is locked. Turn left and follow the fence line up the short hill to an open gateway that is always open. Follow the cairns to the crag. The farmer has asked everyone to please not climb the gates as they are getting damaged. This approach is actually easier and faster than the guidebook approach.
