Description
This is the closest crag from the park entrance. It faces northeast and offers easy vertical climbing on sedimentary rock.
Approach
10-20 min
- In Busan, take the bus or subway, orange line (Line #1), to Nampo- dong 남포동. From there, take Bus 7 or 71 to Amnam Park 암남 공원. At the park entrance, follow the main trail that follows the sea side for ten minutes until you see a small wooden suspension bridge. Don’t cross the bridge. Look for a trail, on your left and over the fence, 5m before the bridge. Jump over the fence and walk down the trail that heads toward the sea. Geobuk-am is located under the bridge. When the tide is low, it will be easier to get to the crag by walking down the steel staircase after the wooden suspension bridge. Walk down the steel staircase and turn left . Continue down the coast until you reach to the crag. It will take twenty minutes from the park entrance.
Descent notes
Camping is NOT allowed. Soldiers patrol the area regularly at night and are authorized to fire their weapons. The ground is sandy. A rope mat is recommended.
