Summary

Gently overhanging lime stone sport climbing set in an amazing canyon.

Description

A nice 45min drive west of Valencia brings you to the warmest, driest and most spectacular Euro winter climbing going.

The gently overhanging walls are littered with anything from tufas to crimps making it some of the most sustained climbing in Europe.

It is quite a sight to find a Spainard here as the masses from up North take up residence to avoid the cold and wet.

Where to stay

Information about apartments can be found in the Adjuntament or a quick walk around town will yield lots of phone numbers of likely short term stays.

The El Altico refugio overlooks Chullila and has the has option for campervans as well.

Unofficially camper vans can stay in the carparks at either end of town. There are no facilities to 'go' though. Wild camping is prohibited (if they can find you)
