Good for solitude.

This a sandstone canyon, with climbs and potential climbs that are 20 to 45' high. Rock quality varies from good to fragile or suspect.

The canyon is remotely located in Glorieta Mesa about 5 miles south of Golrieta as the crow flies. Access is through a maize of 2WD and 4WD roads. Park by the west fork of the canyon at: 35.50507 X 105.77498 and hike east along cairns to the main canyon.
