Ascents of Munginella having Beta

Heaps of fun and amazing views near Yosemite Falls. Routefinding a little tricky, ended up with an extra belay in the final dihedral (not advised). The roof felt spicy for 5.6

Exited after pitch 2

Raced up this at the end of a long day. It was snowing ash from the Briceburg fire as we were climbing.

Done in approach shoes at the end of the day

Three excellent pitches of great 5.6 climbing.

I lead all three pitches.

We went off route on the 2nd pitch and ended up on a bolted slabby arete which was around 5.9. Fun climbing nonetheless.

Lead it in 2 pitches. A couple of surprisingly exposed and scary sections. I found this to be physicaly easier but mentally more difficult than Commitment.

Great Yosemite climbing

Fun easy climbing. Led the middle pitch.

A classic Yosemite outing. Great scenery and climbing and a thunderstorm came in as we reached the top. Led P1 & 3. With Lindsay.

First trad climb it was freakin awesome!
