James, Pinnacle Sports is running a guided tour to Cat Ba in Dec 2015, go see them or email for more info. If you are going independently google Asia Outdoors, they are the only real option for local guided climbing and access to the crags. The climbing is super

Asia Outdoors (formally Slopony) were the original guiding company for the region, and were responsible for bolting a lot of the routes. I recommend them!

Climbing Vietnam
Has anyone climbed at Cat Ba Island in Vietnam and know a good tour group to go with?
