Upper Pipedreams linkup

I just sent the upper into lower linkup, doesn't seem to be any grade I could find for it - it is described in the Sydney bouldering guidebook but isn't a route there. I'd say V6ish, but that could be just a boulderer getting pumped on what is a rather long problem! I've also suggested a name, "Put That In Your Pipe and Smoke It" - I'm not claiming FA at all, I've seen people do it before but it doesn't seem to be named. If someone can provide this information, feel free to change it

Nice one. Pretty pumpy. People have been doing that for so long, I just don't feel as though it needs a name.

From memory the linkup is still a V5 and I agree - no name required. I think Rohan Reynolds holds the record at something like 22 laps.

Holy hell, that's pretty impressive. I'll change the grade, but I'd really like some kind of name - it's a bit boring just having numbers as routes at Lindfield. Whole Pipedreams perhaps?

I really liked your initial name suggestion - funny, smart and fitting. The number isn't very appealing to me neither

I'm pretty certain that most people simply refer to it as the Pipedreams linkup or upper Pipedreams linkup. I'd prefer to see an old school area retain it's old school naming even if it is numbers - if there is a place for retaining some traditional values it would have to be Lindfield.
