Reverse the big pump, into the high traverse, downclimb from the obvious jug above the layaway and finish as for the start of the regular big pump. 28 and pumpy

Big pump as per usual to the ramp, then finish up the ramp, link into the high traverse then finish the big pump without resting in the cave. Definitely feel that one in ya arms. Sport grade 27/28?

A mega pumper! The section where it crosses the ramp took a bit of refinement, but the rest isn’t too bad. Probably 26 if you rest in the cave, which I did lots of. Probably 27 if you don’t rest, the end isn’t that hard

Finally sent my main lockdown inspired within 10km radius problem. 8 visits from 11 July to today so probably the most effort I've put into a route/problem. Great variety of moves but has the potential to get very frustrating. Key for me was getting to the ramp with some juice and probably fell off there about 15-20 times. Lots of little micro beta come into play and over time some "route" fitness develops. Not a typical boulder problem but V5 seems about right. Have been ticking 25's 3rd or 4th go recently so 26ish for the route grade seems about right. 28 without the rest seems generous if you can get through the first half fresh. Had a nice long rest and felt good on the last section. Was worried about the last few moves and had a wobble but held on. Pays to know your sequence here.

had very little finger strength left after a solid session on dragon's den. will have to come back a bit fresher to properly work.

Worked out a few of the easier sections. Completely shutdown on the harder bits.

one of the coolest climbs in sydney and right in my backyard, working from the very start without rest, this thing seems impossible. Hoping to send soon! P.S. the route is very clean atm and worth a go

Still working on the first moves, although it was at the end of the session, so I didn't get far.

Commenced working this... can do most of the moves in short bursts. No where near the whole thing yet...

Climbed all the sections. Was able to do it in three sections. Not the best conditions for some of the slopers after the rain.

Movement is great, much better than it initially looked, and a really varied mix of powerful and techy sequences with feet. The impossible slopey bit in the middle turns out to be a lot more doable with a good sequence and some brushing. (If I can do it, it's totally doable!). Worth spending a few sessions on. Thanks Andy!!!

They don't call it the big pump for nothing! Feel like it needs ideal conditions and some serious beta to prevent pumping out.

Came here because we had a couple of showers last night. Ideal wet weather venue my ass! Sure you don't get rained upon but the holds are super slimy about a quarter of the wall is seeping and most of the footers are just pure mud. Not impressed.

Alrighty; after 2 hrs working the problem I have successfully passed all the cruxes and completed the entire sequence of moves after falling off ~30 times.

Also I grade the problem as around a V6 using the 21+V grade formula advised on the Australian bouldering website in addition to my own personal belief of the grade as it currently stands. Furthermore due to length of the problem I think a route grade is more appropriate.

Holy Shit! This is a monster. It looks long on the topo; wait until you see it in person. By far the longest problem I have seen in my life! I have completed the end of the problem (V2) and the start up to the Dino V1. This will be a project that may take me months or years. Great place to come solo!
