Ascents of Blunt Instrument

This is pretty great, but a bit reach dependent I think. I dit it all first go, but after watching Emma working out the hard bit, and pre-clipped to her gear, so only really led from the second bolt/crux. Still really awesome, can't wait to lead it properly and get onto pitch 2 to get humbled.

Good climbing with solid gear. Great fun

Pink Point flash on Matt's gear, had to put in one cam that had been removed.

Finally got back to figure out a way to reach the flake. Never used so many toe hooks on a grade 20 face route before. Desperate at 167 cm with negative ape. Harder than the 22 pitch.

hectic wind and drizzle scared this trad baby off the wall. Will come back with more experience placing/trusting gear.

Rapped over it and put the two draws on, as it seemed sketchy from low down, actually climbed really well may of felt different if the bolts wasnt pre clipped, gear after the bolts is good, nice climbing

Scariest trad lead off my life! Oily groseness on the lower part of the pillar. Fell once above first bolt, thank God it was a bolt not gear! Then sustained finish.

Really nice climbing with a fun crux.

Some very nice moves with good gear. A little spoogy. One rest.
