Ascents of The Pintle Variant Start

First time climbing on granite! Is this area sandbagged or do I just suck at crack 😅

First climb at Buffalo.

Fun, crack without the jamming

not as good as the left hand variant

A little more committing. Placed a #5 and #6. The layback under cling was a bit slopey.

Hard for the grade

Slightly vegetated at the top, but it has a great section for practising hand jams! Decided to bail after the first pitch because it was getting late and the way forward was very unclear, do you really go through that offwidth looking, seemingly too wide to be protectable chimney!?
