Ascents of Smooth Jazz, sit start

Barefoot with arete beta.

Tried it for a couple of sessions and struggled. After a couple of attempts today I switched up my beta very slightly, and it felt much easier and went first try. Its crazy how in climbing sometimes the smallest things make all the difference.

High gravity, high mosquito night. Again started at the wrong handhold for most of the evening. Damn long arm folk that make this look easy....

Was in struggle town for 10 or so attempts, but made a small blood sacrifice and managed to figure out a much better sequence. Very fun, toe hooks and heel hooks and a big cross, favourite climb of the day.

Those adductors and flexibility for the sit! Gah!

Best climb on the boulder. Found some alternative under-cling beta which made it easier.
