First of the grade!! Sent 3rd shot. Crimp/slimp fest.. my style

such a fun route. varied climbing: jamming, crimping, lay backing, hug the fridge. quite beta intensive. sent second shot.

A proper project for me! Sent 7th go. Tricky crux requiring tonnes of refinement.

Omg can't believe I sent this thing! Deffo the hardest 12b I've done! Second shot of the day.. 4th shot over the last 3 weeks!! STOOOOKED!!!!

Nice and easy to begin with, then onto some stretchy business! The finish ain't a piece of cake either. Got it 2nd shot

oh yea! so stoked to get this! big move and power scream to the pocket going through the groove at the top is pretty scary..

omg so scared the whole way. good gear but a bit spaced. good stances throughout to chill.

top rope warm up, second go send... cool little route. first move is stiff for first climb of the day!

oh yeeea. redpoint number 2! waaay easier sequence left of the arete.

Hard!

2nd go. This was sooo hard on the first go!

tried it without clipping the first bolt and fell while clipping. got someone else to clip the first bolt, then led it clean.

first time doing this route on lead! very exciting start and end!

good warm up

warm up dog. not many moves.

scaaary!! slippery crimpy rail and roof!

easier if you know where you're going. still not super secure..

fell off at the first move, came back down and did it clean second go. make sure you bring more than one number 4 cam…number 3s don't fit the crack. i felt like i soloed most of the way...

so good!!! cool moves, one bit of fiddly but good gear at the crux, excellent position. loved it.

exciting traverse then overhanging section at the top!

woot!!! FINALLY ticked this!! it's really hard...

pitch one only. what an awesome climb. awesome positions, great holds. really long... double ropes were a good idea.

sweet climb. maybe start directly below rather than slabbing in from the right to get in pro earlier...

still just as scary after 2 years! lead pitches 1, 3 and 4.

defs at least grade 9, if not more, especially after the step over. scaaary. done in 2 pitches. simul climbed.
