Warm up. Nice and easy. Years away from this but still remember the beta like it was yesterday

Oh wow, that happened! Second ascent! 85% humidity, and low psych made this a big surprise. Climbed fruit bat again for the first time in maybe 4 years?? for a warm up. JJ psyched me up to give it another go and got it! The crux is so cool. (4)

Climbs far nicer when the quickdraws are already on. Would be classic if the holds were less sharp and all the bolts weren't spinning. (3).

Second ascent. Was unsure about getting back on this, with no motivation to climb at coolum, and knowing full well that the top crux is super streno, but made the right choice and got back on! Second shot today after mucking up the first shot. Weapon of choice always feels like a mission to climb, after only doing a lap every year or so on it! I had to skip the last two bolts, and gun for the anchor, which was exciting. Thanks JJ (3)

Climbed with JJ. A long time since I have done this, so it was fun to do it again. 100% humidity today for sure, I felt like I was swimming.

Woohoo! Second ascent, and for sure my hardest climb ever. 20 shots this year, after trying it for a LONG time 4 years ago and giving up. It was great to make a come back on this climb. Did the start nicely, rested well before the scoop, aced the scoop, rested badly and got pumped on the slab and tried really hard to not fall off for the rest. Was kinda close to falling off getting the knee bar clipping anchor in, which would have been heartbreaking. Thanks to Susy, JJ, Nick, Alex, and Lee.

Good fun! Tried to onsight, but with the dirty, slippery, sharp holds, and my lack of motivation I fell off pretty early on. Second go was a different matter, and ticked it pretty easy, although I skipped the last bolt as I couldnt clip it...Made for an exciting mantle! (2)

Cool! First tick up here in a long time. Wasn't inspired to try TT today, as had a shot of the start and almost got it first go. Second shot on the start I ticked the route!!! Was stoked, as I havent climbed WOC for a long time!.

The first move was rough, the rest is soooo easy but great climbing. Easy send. Maybe second ascent? (2)
