Ascents as sport by Justine Jenkins

This route was such a delight! It's kind of out of character for Cosmic, but it's well-protected, fair at the grade, and has straight-forward lower-offs. It's long and relatively sustained with lots of crimpy fun edges. I think a .3 or .4 would be better than a medium-sized cam, but you could go with either. Nice work getting the onsight with an injured hand, Sonya!

I have walked by this for years and finally got on it today as an escape from the sun at Heathcliff. It was actually great! I think this thing is probably often overlooked.

This route more than lived up to the hype. I thought it was absolutely awesome and so lovely without the crowds!

I pulled on the draw on the first move that seemed mega reachy, but got the rest of the pitch clean, as well as the second pitch. Despite being ring-bolted, I wouldn't really categorise this as a "sport route." You should be solid and confident at the grade. I also never found the thread though, so that added to some solid excitement. This is a great route, but you want to be having a good head day. More long draws would have been nice.

It was nice to unexpectedly tick this today after getting blown off of our Katoomba Cliffs mission earlier in the day.

I did this on a perfect Autumn day and I don't think "slippery" can begin to describe the crux. Great route but I reckon' it has lost a bit of friction over the years...
