logging old ascent. loved the sequence once i had worked it out. took a little while

been a while but im back. after refreshing the trail from spot x to crossroads, we arrived at the cliff a little tired. First go on lead saw me confused & wandering off route after a few bolts. Managed my way up to just shy of the mid way anchors, questioning my life choices. Slightly scared, slightly tired but good to be back on & try remember the moves.

second time on the wall & just top roped the lower section up to mid-way anchors. firmed up the beta & left the draws on. Need to come back & spend some time sussing the top half, should be interesting!

apparently i jumped on this in 2014 but i have zero memory of it. decided to give it an end of the day burn because so many people say how good the first 3/4 of the route is & yep, they were right. so much fun. would be nice to get on while fresh & try the crux.

tried again today with Alex but the top was incredibly wet

boulder off the ground, didnt get it first attempt but after some beta got it done. thanks for the draws on the chains alex

much better warm up. blew the onsite because of someone elses old tick marks at the top. had to bail coz of the rain

recently rebolted, thanks Monty! this is a great little route for a wave wall warm up. huge sting in the tail & first climb in the mntns for a couple years so no tick on this one, despite 1 sitting it twice

had to get the draws off at the end of the day & being pumped from the "warm up" I decided to second it as some sequences looked a little tricky. great route though, i will come back & get on it for sure!

great climbing, almost forgot just how good this route is. I feel like climbing at ninderry more now just because of it. dogged coz i was tired but will come back for the send.

got on this route as a warm up due to having memories of Schimke always talking it up so figured why not. Tricky bloody sequence, had to bail off the lip coz i was getting too pumped & didnt want to overdo it on the first climb of the day!

first time on. felt hard but found a sequence that worked. Will get on again for sure

if you're looking for a good time, climb lock stock. from the ground this route looks intimidating but geez it's good! 4 different climbing styles in one route. brilliant bolting alex! second shot on this one

going for the coveted second ascent and blew it after the second crux just before reaching the safety of the slab. couldnt believe it! next shot for sure. probably 23

second shot for this one. was thinking i could onsight it but fumbled too much at the start for some stupid reason. doesnt feel like 23 at all, maybe 21/22

this will be the "TOS" of flinders. the perfect crag warmup. 2 shots on this one

took me a couple of trips to get this one in the bag. hard 22 at first but once you figure out the beta it isn't so bad. thanks Kurt for the beta tip

made a mokery of it. started up the headwall too far right & lost the gas trying to correct it. stupid

have been thinking about getting back on this for a while now. top roped just to be sure i could do all the moves then tweaked a muscle in my neck/shoulder but managed to finish it up. didn't feel as hard as i thought it would. look forward to getting on it again soon.

decided to have a crack on lead. only a couple stis, felt nice

what a bloody route! probably the best day out in ages. cold breeze swept the wall fairly early & kept things cool all day. quality, quality day of climbing in SEQ

FFA. finally given this route the time it deserves to get it done. hard to not be bias but i really enjoy this climb & i hope you guys do too. stoked to clip the chains!

pretty soft for a 25. dogged it on top rope without too much trouble & I am no grade 25 climber at the moment. good to climb hard on some bolts though.

Great addition to the existing lineup of Tibro classics. Good to have another multi that finishes on top of the mountain. Pitch 1 was the stand out pitch for me as it involved really cool climbing on classic Tibro rock. From there on it was mostly slabby scrambling with a cool view & position on the "airy ridgeline pitch". Had to finish up via the pitch 8 "classic" which was a 1 move wonder but much better than walking off pitch 7. Definitely not a grade 16 so don't let that scare you too much. I think most pitches after pitch 1 are a bit over graded but I'll leave that for you to decide for yourself

All in all a great day out & the route ended up having 3 parties on it that day, & it was a Thursday! Not much loose rock for a new route but a few crumbly sections. Thanks to the boys for the efforts in adding a such a fun new route to the Mountain!
