Pleasant enough climbing.

Following up a friends first lead on gear in a long while and for access to Cranky.

Pleasant enough climbing. Easier then it's left hand neighbour of the same grade.

Goey (but fun) first few moves at the grade (just as goey as the hardest moves on Cranky which is graded 20).

Got the 2nd clean. 3rd attempt. Time to lead it I spose!

Linked from first pitch of Genesis. Nice way to make one long pitch. Now with DBB on top.

Linked into Cardiac Arete.

Finally lead it. Beautiful line with bomber gear the whole way.

Stellar climb and the best one I've done at Perp yet. Predominately face climbing down low with the odd jam into fingers then the glorious hand crack to the top. Only let down by a few lose chockstones that are screaming to come out. Be careful if you climb this.

Felt a touch easier then Windjammer to me. Better lower half then Windjammer (not too hard) but the top half not as fun.

Poor rock quality on the bottom half with a stellar hand to fist crack to finish. Shame the clean crack up top doesn't extend the full 30m!

Fun varied climbing. Description is spot on - better then it looks. Highly recommend jumping on this.

Night ascent. Enjoyable and varied crack. 18 seems on the money to me. Jams are decent with good feet on the face through the initial crack then eases up after that with plenty of hands free rests to suss out the path (which is a bit of a choose your own adventure - I did three laps and all were different).

Awesome corner with bomber gear the whole way (Pitch one only). Done in solid rain and a bit of hail which made the smearing a lot more sketchy.

Great warm up with quality climbing. Gets easier as you climb higher. First pitch only.

One hang just before the thrutch. Gets squishy in there.

1st pitch only. Fun climbing to start the day. A move here and there with good gear.

Back for another round of night climbing. Good climbing with bomber gear up the slab. Bigger stuff needed up top if you don't want to just run it out. No ring locks needed as the description suggests.

First climb of the day. Good fun at the grade with some good finger crack moves for the crux. Dawdle to the top after this.

Intimidating start but all good once you get going. Minimal off width moves required thankfully

Great fun and well worth a lap! Only went to the top of the chimney then rappelled off the sling tree.

Stellar climb, loved ever bit of it. Don't let the hardish first few moves put you off, get on it.

Even enjoyed it more then Interstate 31 (but that might be because I'm not a real trad climber).

Fun technical face climbing reminiscent of that classic Shipley style.

After doing neighbour routes this felt far too short!

Easy sailing on this ultra-slabby number.

First half is a chossy mess which is a shame as it's slightly steep and could have been some fun jugging. Top half following the crack systems finishing with an off-width thrutch.

Fun enough. Starts easier with a thinner finish.

Can finally say I've done Sweet Dreams. Super cruisy day out enjoying the views of the three sisters.

Pitch 1: Couple of moves onto a huge ledge then up the staircase corner - 2 carrot bolts.

Pitch 2: More corner climbing to cosy belay. Lewis placed a few cams.

Pitch 3 & 4: The traverse pitch (and money pitch). I struggle to spot carrot bolts on grey rock - 3 bolts up then start traversing horizontal. Rope drag got pretty solid by the end. No idea why pitch 4 exists separately.

Pitch 5: Follow the carrots to the huge ledge. Cool exposure stepping over the gap and looking down.

Pitch 6: The only one that feels like real climbing - we went up the line furthest to the left that has the carrot as the first bolt as it seemed to fit the description of 'blunt arete' best (not sure which line is 'correct' for this variant but seemed around 17). Placed 2 cams at the end - one to protect the rooflet and one in the final corner crack.

Corner to flake section had some fun moves. If that went for 20m it'd be ace.

Quite an adventure for a sport climber!

Didn't enjoy this at all.

Anchor up top is two dubious looking shiny button top screws. Can anyone confirm if these are safe?

Primo climbing! Did flake and crack as one pitch. Didn't do the 3rd

As a warm up to get in the groove. Nothing special. 1st pitch only.

Fun moves - I went for the ring lock in the crack to get full use out of it. Wish I knew trad to have done this on gear

Great at the grade! If it was twice as long it would deserve stars

Not trad - 4 carrots with no anchor. This was the first outdoor climb I ever did years ago. Thought I'd give it another whirl to see how my memory is. Dirty, sharp, short, nothing great and have to get someone to second to clean using boulder as anchor.
