Following Liv, fell at the top crux trying the crimp-match beta. Still stoked on this wall, such nice rock

Mantle start this time

Struggled at the crux for a while until I tried reaching over the top of my left arm. Briefly really hard for 22. How nice is the rock at the start!

Inconsistent bolt spacing makes otherwise forgettable climbing more memorable.

Awesome! Really liked the whole top half of this route! Agree with another comment - unsure why this one didn't get a halfway anchor like the others, as the character changes abruptly at the same height as polar opposite.

Really tough before the anchor. Plenty of good rests, but still very pumped.

No dice on the back-to-back

Second shot repeat when I got confused and pumped on the warm-up

Fell a couple of moves lower this second time. Out of juice. For next time, match the narrow rail below anchors.

Shoulder caution to the wind. Fell one hold from the anchor. What a wild ride!

Hanging draws, sat quite a bit. Worried about my shoulder being less than 100%

Latched the dyno hold on the onsight with fingertips and held it for a long time without being able to do anything but eventually peel off, whoops! Fun powerful climbing with nice sequences the whole way.

Awesome for the grade. How goods that pocket!!

Had to dig deep as I developed a raging pump, but enough jugs and a sketchy kneebar did the trick. Would be good to try and turn this into a laps route

Too busy to try and onsight anything today. This thing was mega!

Love how non-stop the climbing is for the first four bolts. The jug rest really takes the sting out of the final moves. Stiff 24 or soft 25.

More warming up and refamiliarising

Warming up took a long time today. Was getting pumped between bolts.

Rpt. Juuuust before the sun. Double Gaston beta is the go!

Thought this was better than la la land, and probably a bit easier too. Foot slipped at the first bulge to end the onsight early. Found some nice bump beta for the crux, but changed this to a nicer static beta after bumbling the second attempt. Very sweaty today. Strangely experienced some send jitters after the crux

More sustained than I had initially expected to reach a good rest. Had a good throw for the first edge, but no flash today. Figured out that I liked getting high feet, frog hips, up right to shallow pinch, then grab edge. Another day

Really nice climbing with a crux up the top of pitch two that wasn't hard for the grade. Could lower on an 80 comfortably.

Thought the grades could be reversed on the first two pitches. Linked and had to rethread on the 80

Awesome feature, some great movement and cool holds. Classic!

Linked both pitches, 80m rope was enough but gotta let the tail pop through the gri gri

Took at the first bolt trying to go direct. Stemming worked much better the second time around. Onsighted the rest of the route. Pulled a number of sequences out of my ass on the upper wall. Thought this was quite a stiff little unit, probably still would feel stiff even if you knew the moves. Very worthwhile! The name seemed appropriate, as I "kicked" up a high right foot at least 3 or 4 times

Warm-up to the biner below the roof. A nicer warm-up than the 20

Good flash go with beta from Dave. Managed to fluff it around the same spot (the mono) two more times though before sending. Nice climbing in the lower half (though a bit grainy) which is quite on, then the top wasn't too bad but quite dirty, even with a brush (and always will be).

Surprisingly good flash attempt, fell with hand on anchor jug, just didn't go deep enough to properly get it

Got down and seems I did a hit job on my already feeble pulley. Time to stop ignoring it
