So good!

Great line with fantastic laybacks.

First moves from the midway anchor are a little awkward, but overall a fun and well-protected route.

Quality granite stemming! Some gear required to protect the start (and possibly the very end) of this route. Most of the difficult climbing is bolt-protected, however.

Great route, lots of problem-solving. Felt like full value to me.

Traversed in from first three bolts of Purple People Eater. Nice sustained, vertical climbing with a big maneuver near the top good stuff.

Beautiful steep climbing at the start and finish.

Adequate gear on the 5.7 crack (extend those nut placements!). Some great moves on the upper 10c, a bit puzzling in places.

A bold first pitch on the FA, and still pretty spicy, even with the added bolts. The gear is a bit tricky, but mostly there when you need it. Some of the rock looks ready to blow, so check your holds and tread lightly!

Good variety of jamming. Would be better in drier conditions!

Used first two pitches of Broken Wing as a direct start ("Broken Pony"). Good climbing on mostly clean, compact rock. Found the 10b exit pitch a little contrived - it did offer a few tricky moves at the grade, though, that were well-protected.

The crux is solid, but there are some big, loose blocks elsewhere. This, together with the somewhat antique bolt between the Hollow Men anchors and the first safe gear placement, makes for fraught climbing in the lower portion of the route. Alternatively, I may have been too far right, as the topo in Sport Climbs in the Canadian Rockies shows two bolts below the crux.

Some awkward moves, but nice exposure! Makes for a memorable finish to the SBC.

Very heady second pitch. A lot of questionable rock on the first and last pitches.
