About me
I started climbing in 2009 at the age of 39, after going through post traumatic stress and depression. My first climb was Sweat Dreams at Leura in the Blue Mountains. Since that day I have been hooked. I now own and operate my own company, 'X-es Climbing Holds' and coach the kids club at 'The Climbing Centre' Penrith, 2 nights a week. I am a qualified indoor instructor and qualified outdoor guide for single pitch lead climbing. I try to climb outdoors at least once a week.
