Did you know that you can create an account to record, track and share your climbing ascents? Thousands of climbers are already doing this.

Description

The mostly undercut section of cliff-line between the access gully and Banksy Wall. Although there is lots of good rock above the undercut section, there are almost no starts so there probably won't be many routes established here. Shade until 4pm in summer.

Access issues inherited from Oronga Crags

It's within the National Park, act appropriately. No dogs.

Approach

The wall begins north of the access gully (there is a fixed rope running along the base of it - used as access to Banksy and Capricorn)

Descent notes

All routes have lower-offs

Ethic inherited from Oronga Crags

If bolting new routes please avoid squeeze jobs, linkups or variant starts/finishes. There is enough rock for heaps of independent lines. Go for a walk! If your proposed line comes within 3m of an established route, please ask the person whose route it is so as not to devalue their original vision.

Starts off the narrow ledge about 5m along the fixed rope. Either cramped belay on the high ledge, or belay down on the ground (much better). Batman to the first bolt then steep rising traverse right then blast up wall and overhang above. If you batman start from bolt 2 its a pumpy less sharp 24. Feel free to try the direct start - it looks hard!
