Epic stuff. I led pitches 1, 2, and 4. 2 was the money pitch.

Stiff at the grade. When leading the third pitch, save your biggest hexes for the top crux! It's worth topping out - the fourth pitch was my favourite. I didn't do the direct start but should have due to rope drag.

Did the direct start, was classic old school moonarie 15. 2&3 were delightful as anything, awesome jams most of the way, and a cruisy finish.

What a sick climb! First time sieging a trad route (and falling on nuts). Amazing how different the climb feels between a nervous first go placing gear and a fresh attempt knowing the moves and trusting the gear

Still a brittle hold or two but the pro is good.

Tricky, start is steeper than it looks.

Should be 3 stars! Incredible! Took me quite a few shots, haven’t crimped hard for a while. Don’t traverse left into Against the Wind at last bolt, you miss out on huge dead point and big run out with quality climbing. Probably 26

Really good! Bring a solid head game for the run outs.

on my preplaced, very delicate start!

make sure to extend your draws on the right side of the arete. would have fallen at the last move if it weren't for having a crimp pointed out at me. unique moves between lots of rests

New favourite Moonarie route! tricky and dusty start for sure; had to take on my first red cam, come down and try again. sustained (sandbagged) and unique climbing, followed by an epic belay ledge and wonderful roof to start the second. scenic as!

Old school full adventure route! We couldn't fit through the squeeze at the start of the crux pitch so traversed left, it was engaging. Not sure what others experience was? For pitch 2, belay your 2nd up from under the large boulder, then walk your belay around and on top of it afterwards to reduce rope drag.

Actually got way further than expected on my flash attempt (gear pre-placed) Solid links through all the crux moves, will definitely have to come back for this thing. Absolutely nails for 25 though, I’ve done 26 faces that are less sustained than this!

First pitch is where all the action is. P2 is exciting for five metres then the difficulty is over far too soon

Awesome, flowing grade 18 weaving back and forth around the arete until the final crux. Marred only by some suspect rock in places and some dicking around at the anchor if you don’t want to haul up double ropes through that top crux

P1 only: rope solo to access upper routes. Full value for the grade.
