Ascents of Prehabilitation

Strenuous start to gain side pull. Discovered a very handy 3 finger pocket behind years of cobwebs. Crux was definitely the move from the good hold at bottom of diagonal seam to the groove below anchor. Committed and got there eventually. Good battle on an enjoyable hard climb. Might go...?

FFA. Countdown to surgery begins with a sneaky midweek project tick before the rain. The start looks straightforward but seemed really awkward but sequences at 3rd and 4th bolts are great and not obvious.
