Description

District Level Climbing Centre and Tang Dynasty Quarry. Try to find out if is has re-opened before visiting - "closed" at May 2016. No evidence of activity ATM.

Approach

Take the new road up the hill to the visitor car park next to the new housing development on the N side of the road. 400m from main road and highly visible. About an hour by bike or car from S Ningbo.

Looks like it was opened briefly to host a high profile competition and short-lived thereafter. Sandstone quarried parts look sound and climbable but you'd need to be discrete - challenging given the urban setting.
