This is known as La Dura Dura in Spanish, or, 'The Hard Hard', named as such because it is commonly regarded as the hardest rock climb in the world. Chris Sharma and Adam Ondra, the only two people who have free climbed it, regard it as being slightly harder than the only other route of this grade in the world, Change, in Norway.
