Ascents in Entecampos

Warm up. First tie-in at Teverga for the season. Happy with this day flash/season flash. Last moves are still very burly. Got a flash pump for my efforts #3rdGo since I tried it twice last year.

I thought I had a time window with the sun behind the clouds, but no. Just at the first bolt the sun came out again...

Nice diagonal traverse going upwards around the tufas.

First pitch is really nice but not easy to onsight. Pretty continuous throughout the route. Second pitch felt very hard with odd moves along the way. Made my way up to the anchor pulling on some qds along the way.

Hard for 6a+. Some really nice sequences along the way, final move to the anchor probably the hardest of them all.

Not a good warm up. Clipped the last bolt but the final move before clipping the anchors is the most physical on not the best holds and I wasn't warmed up enough. Maybe I have bad beta.

Easy climbing to last bolt. Didn't have the chutzpa to do the burly final moves to the anchor in the afternoon sun.

Fell off at the crux after a misread......will happen next time.

New high point moving into the crux section and falling in the crux. Oh well its Spain.....I can go back its not that far away.

Really pleased to get on this route. Totally inspiring line on bomber rock.

This was just another example of an inspiring line.....thats all I needed to get on it..........sensational!!
